Courage Coaching

Courage to fully live life is required for a life lived well. Courage can be awakened … and grown. Courage is needed and required … to search out, identify and begin a daily practice of living well. Courage with skill can transform fear into a sense of adventure and vitality.

Life Tools

Life requires the development of fundamental tools for living well. Practical strategies now exist that many people never learned as a child. The fundamental skills include true emotional literacy, clarity over healthy personal self-regulation and habits, chosen activities and directions reflecting personal values, and learning how to relate to others with healthy boundaries and a mature ability for intimacy.
